ActOnClimate Rally in Columbus

Coal-fired power plants are the largest single source of carbon pollution, and there have been no federal regulations on how much carbon these plants can emit. This fall there is an opportunity to support the U.S. EPA's proposed rule to limit carbon emissions from existing power plants. Public support will be needed for these laws to go into effect.

At this rally, clean energy leaders and other state officials will talk about the proposed standards and how they can promote clean air and clean energy. For carpool information, contact hvogel@environmentohio.org or call at 240-463-6929.
