Urban forestry and tree commission class

Introduction to Tree Commission & Urban Forestry is a daylong class designed to cover the role volunteers play in directing and managing their communities’ urban forestry programs, and the basics of urban forestry.

Perfect for new tree commission members who want to learn about their new position, or citizen foresters aspiring to become leaders in your city's tree program, but also ideal for city elected officials and managers who need to learn about the job of their tree commission so they can provide effective leadership.

This class is open to anyone interested in learning more about urban forestry in Ohio.

$25.00 registration. Registration deadline is Wednesday March 12, 2014.
