Stream morphology workshop series
Learn how streams function at the Stream Morphology Series at the West Creek Watershed Stewardship Center, with Joel Bingham, restoration biologist.
Thursday, April 30 (6-8:30pm) Stream Morphology 101: Learn about the basic components of a stream, the governing forces on stream function, the concept of bankful, and the connections between stream morphology, biology and habitat.
Thursday, May 21 (6-8:30pm)Stream Morphology 102: Learn about stream classification, watershed impairments, and restoration approaches. Participation in Stream Processes 101 or similar experience is required.
