We’ll be discussing Cuyahoga County waterfronts and neighborhood development. Is the county capitalizing on the river and lake as assets? Greater Cleveland’s proximity to one of the Great Lakes and to an historic and scenic river should help the county’s communities attract residents, strengthen the tax base and engender redevelopment of the urban core. But is that happening?
